-CANCELLATION POLICY You can cancel ONLINE up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment needs to be cancelled within 24 hours, you MUST TEXT, INSTAGRAM MESSAGE, OR CALL AND LEAVE ME A VOICEMAIL.
Appointments canceled within 0-24 hours of the appointment time, will be charged 100% of the appointment service cost.
Appointments canceled within 24-48 HOURS of appointment time, will be charged 50% of the appointment service cost.
Appointments canceled over 48 Hours from appointment time will incur no costs/fees
-RESCHEDULING POLICY Rescheduling appointments will be possible if given a minimum of 24 HOURS notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date/time. Due to limited appointment availability, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Current service rates/costs may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date.
If you are rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment time you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, you will still finish at your scheduled end time, I will not work later to accommodate the missed time.
If you do not show up to your appointment you are considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full-service price.
Appointments will be CANCELLED and CONSIDERED A NO SHOW once the client is 15 MINUTES LATE to their appointment. I take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT COSTS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW. This ensures you are respectful of my time and policies.
Deposits are 100% NONE REFUNDABLE. When booking your appointment your will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This varies depending on the appointment type. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment.
-BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: -NO Coffee or other stimulants -NO Makeup(if makeup is on, I will have to wash it off which will cut into your appointment time) -NO Alcohol or other blood thinners -NO Retin A skincare products -If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctor’s note to your appointment.
